This Cancellation Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. It explains how cancellations work across our different service offerings.
You may cancel a project engagement at any time by providing written notice (email is acceptable). Upon cancellation:

In such cases, Aditech will provide reasonable written notice and deliver all completed work product.
Managed services (hosting, monitoring, maintenance, support) are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time with 14 days written notice. Upon cancellation:
Monthly service fees are not refunded or pro-rated for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access and service until the end of that billing period.
If you wish to transfer your domain, website, or hosting to another provider upon cancellation, Aditech will cooperate with the transfer and provide all necessary credentials and information. A reasonable handover period (typically 7 days) will be provided.
Consulting engagements billed on an hourly or daily basis may be cancelled at any time. You are liable for all hours/days worked up to the point of cancellation. No minimum commitment applies unless specified in a separate agreement.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Your consumer guarantee rights apply in addition to this policy.
